These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Fitness24 mobile application ("App"), website, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Fitness24 provides fitness-related content, programs, and subscription-based features for personal use only. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases through Apple App Store. Subscription details, pricing, and available plans will be displayed in the App before purchase.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
• Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

3. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.

4. Refunds

All billing and refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. We do not process refunds directly for Apple in-app purchases.

5. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App, or you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

6. Health Disclaimer

The App provides general fitness and wellness content for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise, diet, or wellness program. You use the App and its content at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, logos, text, videos, images, graphics, workout plans, and materials within the App are owned by or licensed to Fitness24 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Copy, distribute, or resell subscription content.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the App.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its services.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or services at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitness24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
